I'm a UX/UI Designer with over 12 years of experience across AI, legal, finance, sport, health, automotive, and aviation, working with brands like Bridgestone, Qantas, Hyatt Hotels, and Football Australia. One thing that comes up again and again in my work is designing trust into things people are naturally sceptical of, whether that's AI-generated answers, blockchain-based systems, or platforms handling sensitive data. I stay hands-on through the full process, from research to hi-fi UI, and stay closely involved through implementation rather than handing off a spec and disappearing. I've also taken on product and creative leadership along the way, from owning product strategy at the executive level to managing and mentoring other designers.
